If you feel you have a problem with gambling and would like to request that St Leonard's Hospice excludes you from all of its gambling related activities, including receiving gambling related marketing materials, you can simply complete and submit the form below.

Your chosen self-exclusion period will remain in force with St Leonard's Hospice, for a minimum of 7 years
St Leonard's Hospice will not send you any gambling related marketing materials, unless and until you specifically request us to do so.

In 2022, £393,517 was raised from ticket sales in our St Leonard's Hospice Lottery and seasonal Bumper Draws, with 9.37% spent on prizes, 39.86% on expenses and 50.77% being used to fund the work of St Leonard's Hospice*. This translated into a fantastic £199,786.

*Based on the Lottery Submissions made by St Leonard's Hospice to the Gambling Commission, during the 2022 calendar year.

In 2022, the likelihood of winning a prize was, on average, 1 in 231 in our regular Lottery and 1 in 378 in our seasonal Bumper Draws.
